Owner
Ron Sliney is a graduate of Northeastern University with a BS in Electrical Engineering. Ron worked with GE as a lighting consultant for 15 years in NYC. After GE Ron ventured into the Energy Conservation industry starting a very successful Energy Conservation Services business (Energy Source). After 13 years of growth the business was acquired. " I am now focused on residential and commercial renovation and private lending." While in the Energy business I had the opportunity to redesign, renovate and finance a verity of commercial projects. I am now looking to bring those skills to market with SJN Capital. . "We are a group that is passionate and excited about our business and look forward to working with you."
Our history
We have renovated, redesigned and financed both residential homes and commercial property.

-Finance 3.6 million in purchases & renovation of 5 residential homes
- Finance 500K Resteraunt build out
- Complete 2 million in renovations for 20 three family homes.
- Complete 200K redesign, gut and renovation of 12,000 sq./ft commercial office building
